Judging and Compassion

I work with Clients every day who feel judged and worry what others think of them. I often counter this by asking if they like themselves and who they are. I do this because people who like themselves and have a strong sense of self are happier, more confident and allow themselves to take a chance on something. Often a Client’s biggest critic is themselves, and together we work on ways to change this.

Just for today be kind and compassionate to yourself instead of criticising.
